Every breath impacts your nervous system and thus your mood. Yoga Practice is better with Breath.

This workshop will take a strong focus on breath (what the ancient yogis considered the primary mode of “Life Force” or Prana) in both yoga postures (Asana) and breath focused exercises (Pranayama).

Expect to have a full set of new tools for your regular yoga practice and end the practice with a sustainable shift in your state of being. Instructor: Alex Pfeiffer
